Description

The AMD Athlon 3000G is a desktop processor with 2 cores, launched in November 2019. It uses the Zen (Raven Ridge) architecture with Socket AM4. Thanks to AMD Simultaneous Multithreading (SMT), the core-count is effectively doubled to 4 threads. Athlon 3000G has 4 MB of L3 cache and operates at 3.5 GHz. It is built on a 14 nm production process using 4,800 million transistors. The unlocked multiplier simplifies overclocking, allowing easy adjustment to any frequency. With a TDP of 35 W, it consumes little energy. The processor supports DDR4 memory with a dual-channel interface and ECC memory, which is crucial for mission-critical systems to avoid data corruption. It features the Radeon Vega 3 integrated graphics solution.
