
5-Year Legacy Warranty Policy for PC Parts and Components
Introduction:
We at PC Ultimate Legacy are committed to providing high-quality PC parts and components to our customers. In line with this commitment, we offer a comprehensive 5-year warranty policy on our selected PC Package. This warranty policy is designed to assure our customers of the reliability and durability of our products and to provide them with peace of mind in their computing experience.
Coverage:
Warranty Period:
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and extends for five (5) years thereafter. Customers are required to retain proof of purchase to claim warranty services.
Eligible Products:
This warranty covers all PC parts and components manufactured and sold by PC Ultimate Legacy, including but not limited to:
Processors (CPUs)
Graphics cards (GPUs)
Motherboards
RAM (Memory)
Storage drives (HDDs, SSDs)
Power supplies (PSUs)
Cooling solutions (Fans, Liquid coolers)
PC Cases
PC Package eligible for this warranty are equip with 5 Years LEGACY WARRANTY badge
Terms and Conditions:
Product Registration:
All eligible products will be automatically registered for 5-Year Legacy Warranty Policy. Customer just need to retain the e-invoice upon purchasing for references. All eligible customer information also will be registered in our system.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, is required for warranty claims.
Non-Transferable:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
Coverage Limitations:
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. It does not cover:
Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the component
Use of the component outside of its intended purpose or specifications
Natural disasters, power surges, or acts of vandalism
Improper installation or handling
Normal wear and tear.
Coverage Details:
During the warranty period, PC Ultimate Legacy will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective PC component covered by this warranty. The replacement part may be new or refurbished, but will be of equal or greater performance compared to the original component. PC component covered will be eligible for 180 days 1-to-1 exchange (Terms & Conditions apply).
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our service center for warranty service. PC Ultimate Legacy will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replaced products.
Voiding of Warranty:
Any attempt to disassemble or modify the product by the customer or unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
Software Support:
This warranty does not cover software-related issues or support. However, we may provide assistance in troubleshooting software-related problems as a goodwill gesture.
Exclusions:
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of use.
Governing Law:
This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Judiciary of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Judiciary of Malaysia
How to Claim Warranty:
Customers can initiate a warranty claim by contacting our customer support team via phone, email, or through our website. They will be guided through the process of returning the defective product for evaluation and repair/replacement.
Once the claim is verified, PC Ultimate Legacy will provide instructions for returning the defective component. Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred during the warranty claim process.
Upon receiving the defective product, our technicians will assess the issue and proceed with the appropriate course of action as per the terms of the warranty policy.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall PC Ultimate Legacy be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the PC component, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective component as stated in this warranty policy.

PC Ultimate Legacy employs measures to detect warranty fraud, including but not limited to:

Comparison of reported issues with known patterns of fraudulent claims
Consequences:
If warranty fraud is suspected or detected, PC Ultimate Legacy reserves the right to:
Deny the warranty claim and refuse service
Invalidate the warranty for all products associated with the fraudulent claim
Pursue legal action against the individual or entity responsible for the fraudulent activity
Reporting:
Customers who suspect or witness warranty fraud are encouraged to report it to PC Ultimate Legacy immediately. Reports can be submitted anonymously, and all information provided will be kept confidential.
